LOGOS & BRANDING
Once work has begun on a logo/branding pack, you are not able to change to a different design. You have the option to purchase a Preview before purchasing a larger pack.
You, the purchaser of the designs, have the full rights to print and use of the designs you have purchased for your brand and branding materials, including stationery, brochures, fliers, website, blog, social media and any other branding collateral. You must not re-sell or re-distribute any of the branding elements.
Digital Southern Designer provides both high resolution and pre-sized digital files. These files will not be sent until approved by the purchaser. Digital Southern Designer holds no responsibility for any future use of the files and issues that may arise, such as printing results, uploading to website, sizing, future brand changes. An additional purchase may be required for alterations to the digital files after they have been approved and delivered.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to save the files once delivered and to keep them in a safe place as they will be removed from Digital Southern Designers system 7 days after confirmation of delivery.
SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATES
Digital Southern Designer's social media templates for Instagram and Pinterest are to be used for your personal/blog/business social media profile only.
The template designs are copyrighted to Digital Southern Designer and you do not have permission to re-sell, transfer or re-distribute the templates, the graphics used or any edited derivative of the template. You do not have permission to claim the designs as your own.
All Instagram Highlight Icons include a Digital Southern Designer credit watermark at the bottom of the image which must not be removed or hidden when uploading to your Instagram.

Within 30 days of purchase: If Canva makes significant updates or changes to their platform and the template does not continue to function as a result, Digital Southern Designer will provide a full refund of your purchase of the template. If an updated version of the template can be made, you will receive the updated version in place of a refund and this will be provided within 30 days of the change occurring. Digital Southern Designer holds no responsibility for the changes on Canva and cannot control the technical changes of external websites, therefore you agree to the Refund Policy of the item outlined at date of purchase. Beyond 30 days of purchase, a refund will not be provided.

With your one purchase of a course, set of courses, or Cost-To-Craft Calculator pricing sheet from Digital Southern Designer, you hold the license to use that for: PERSONAL USE, DESIGN WORK, & PRODUCT CREATION ONLY.

You will receive the course or Craft Calculator as it is shown in the demo that you are able to preview before purchasing. It is your responsibility to preview the version of the course and ask questions if needed, before choosing to purchase within 5 days of purchase. Beyond 5 days of purchase, a refund or replacement will not be provided.
